When a child is born, his mother makes him her world. His father becomes his first hero. They sacrifice everything they have for the well being of the child. They will have unconditional love on him from even before he is born. As soon as he grows 4 years old, he is put into a good school where his teachers teach him and turns his attitude. He makes his friends and meet all his relatives in this journey. His father makes it a point to celebrate every day of his so big and his mother will make such celebrations even more beautiful with all her hard work. When ever he gets low in his studies, his father becomes his principal and guides him while his mother becomes his motivator and stands by his side. Despite of having such good parents, being brought up under such good environment and getting such good education, he finds it very difficult to achieve his goals. Though he had everything around him he still fights with life in making his dreams come true.
This is the story of most of the children in India. Then what about 20 million Orphans in India? Do they have a mother who makes them her world ? Or a father who stands as their support system? Yes they might not have their parents, but any of us can be their support system. Any of us can be their motivating Principal. Any of us can make it a point to celebrate their days.
DO YOU THINK HOW?
There are many Government's which play an important role in providing safety and security to the Orphans. We also have many NGO's which work to provide better lives for the Orphans, but is it enough if the Governments or NGO's alone taking part? Definitely No! Thankfully we have many Organisation's which give funds to NGO's but do ever think of your responsibilities for them ? Do you think you can help them? Yes you can! :)
When God gives you money that doesn't mean that you have to use them only for yourself or your families. There are many people in India who is waiting for your help. Instead of celebrating big days of your's or your children, Once think of children who don't have their own families. Instead of partying with your family and friends who can eat on their own, Just once in a year make it a point to celebrate with Orphan children who think you as their family. When you celebrate with such little children they will get a hope like even they have somebody who comes to them and they keep waiting for the same day till the next year . It might not be a matter for you to go to an Orphanage, visit such children and donate for them, but the smile on their face when you give them something is the biggest and true blessings one can ever receive. Gifting somebody who have everything for themselves will never make any point, but if you gift the same to an Orphan child it will definitely become his everything.
There are many Politicians in India who makes arrangements for the marriage of their children with crores of rupees and unfortunately they themselves come out and show sympathy on poor people in elections period. It has become a fashion for people in India to spend crores of rupees for getting married, but yes you can also get married spending less amount and if you donate at least half of such expenses for the education of Orphans, you can give them life. Everyone one of us comes under the same category because we all are busy in showcasing our wealth. Instead of making yourself big, once think of the little children who lost their big one's ( Mother and Father). It's only when you give, you will get it back for your next One's.

Contributing financially can definitely make them live comfortable life, but do you think contributing money alone can turn Orphans into good citizens? Do you think financial help alone can solve all their worries? May be to some extent. Just by donating money do you think you are done with your responsibilities? So what more you can do for a them? All an Orphan child want from you is mental strength and moral support.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
All those who have struggled in life, it's you who can give them good morals of life. You are the one who have seen life in all shades and have better understanding of every emotion. You can influence all such children with lessons you have learnt in life. You can help them in becoming a better person . Shaping a child's behaviour and giving him a positive attitude towards life is the best gift you can give to this society. Behaviour of the child is the one aspect which makes him to grow as a MAN. So if you can spend some quality time for them, you can give the strength of the world to them. It's only the word's spoken which is stuck in the minds of the children, if you can tell them good words you can influence at least one such child. Instead of thinking of your own life, once in a while make it a point to visit such children and tell them how hard one has to struggle to become what he wants to and give them moral support which gives them a new spirit of life.
All the students across the country, who studies in schools and Universities, you are the one who can help them to design their goals. Tell them the importance of Education in one's life like how your parents thought you. Give them good examples like how Nelson Mandela and Steve Jobs who are also Orphans earlier became so successful and popular around the world. Educating them is the only way to change their lives. When ever you have free time visit such children and help them to build their dreams. Tell them how fast the world is changing, and how important role is awaiting foe them in this society. Teach them how to communicate with others and its role in one's career. Every child has got unique talent of his, it only needs the right person to identify. So take a part in helping them to identify the correct path for fulfilling their desires. Guide them to become mentally strong and get focused on their aims. As Mother Teresa said "If you cannot feed hundred people then just feed one" you need not change all the children in the orphanage, its enough if you can influence one such child with your words.
Once a child's childhood is lost, no body can build it back. Everything has to be habituated from being a child. So instead of blaming somebody in the society for being wrong, you yourself take the initiative to help them in becoming good. When you have your own one's try to take off the pain from the little children who lost their one's. Start motivating them a be a part of building a good society for all. Leaving a comfortable life for yourself will never make you a human being, its only when make others feel that they have you to live their life comfortably, then you will become a complete human being. Being orphans is not their mistake, but making them still live as Orphans in this big society is our mistake. So start giving for such little children and bring bright smiles on their faces. You need not always give them in financial terms only, but showing them the true love and affection will definitely clean their minds and fill their hearts with positive power.
